Who We Are
HGS Products B.V. is a ‘One Stop Shop’ for geophones, seismic: strings, cables, connectors and accessories.
Based in Rijswijk, the Netherlands, we offer a wide range of high-quality geophones, geophone strings, seismic cables, connectors and tailor-made geophone arrays for industrial and geophysical customers worldwide.
HGS Products B.V. is a wholly owned subsidiary of HGS (India) Limited (HGSI) based in New Delhi, India. All our products are sourced from HGSI’s integrated ‘all under one roof’ state of the art manufacturing facility.
We have been manufacturing geophysical equipment since 1988 collaborating with and contract manufacturing (CM) to a wide range of geophysical suppliers including: Geosource Incorporated, Sensor Nederland BV, ION Geophysical Services Incorporated (formally called Input/Output Incorporated) and Inova Geophysical Incorporated. Over the years HGS has progressed from a third-party customer supplier, to a client facing field product and solution provider.
On this journey HGS has incorporated high precision European and western, components, technology and personnel, demanded by the high expectations of geophysical and engineering companies.
Many of the products and services offered to the geophysical industry have parallel applications in construction and vibration monitoring industries, and from what began as casual enquires has over the years developed into a dedicated and separate engineering service.

Mr. Anil Dass was an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), U.K. Before joining HGSI in 1986, he worked as a Management Consultant with A.F. Ferguson & Co. for about 2 years and GEC UK, GEC New Zealand and Apple and Pear Board as Cost & Management Accountant for about 6 years. Mr. Dass has been chiefly responsible for the conception & initiation of the project to manufacture Geophone Strings & Seismic Cables. He currently looks after the entire operations of the Company viz, marketing, production, R&D, project finance & administration under the guidance of the distinguished Board. Mr. Dass has also been awarded the MSME India National Award-2013 for "Outstanding Entrepreneurship" Small Enterprises (Manufacturing).

Mr. Louis Rademakers is a Bachelor of Business Economics from HEAO Zwolle and a certified IAS/ IFRS professional from E & Y. He has over 30 years of varied experience in handling various fields of Accounts & Finance and creating Sales networks in companies like Philips, Universal Electronics B.V., FSM Europe B.V. etc. Before joining HGS Products as Director in 2015, he worked for ION Geophysical Inc/Sensor Nederland B.V. for about 6 years as Director, Finance & Accounts.

Mr. Jeroen Beugelsdijk is a Bachelor of Engineering from the Hague University of Professional Education. He also holds a Diploma in Professional Competence in Purchasing and Supply from the Dutch Association for Purchasing Management. He joined Sensor Nederland B.V. in 2001 handling various aspects of manufacturing, Supply Chain Management and Sales of Geophysical Equipment. He joined HGS Products in 2015

Mr. Aren Troost studied mechanical engineering and automotive technology in the Hague the Netherlands. He joined Sensor Nederland BV at the Quality Control Department in 1992. He worked his way up to become the Production Supervisor for the Geophone Production Department in 1993. Aren was promoted as the Manufacturing Manager of Sensor Nederland BV in 2007 and worked in that position till he joined HGS Products BV in 2015. With years of experience in manufacturing of all types of geophones he is assisting production and research and the development at HGS (India).

Mr Mike Scott started in field operations and progressing to manufacturing, engineering, product development and field acquisition systems design in 1979. His experience was acquired through companies: Global Universal Sciences Incorporated (GUS), The Geophysical Company of Norway (GECO), Schlumberger BV (now SLB) and Input/Output Incorporated (I/O Inc). He joined HGS in 2015.
